Thank you for your interest in Gosport Community Support.  

We provide befriending (aged 55+), advocacy (aged 65+) and social support for people in Gosport and the surrounding area who may be experiencing loneliness, social isolation, poor health, reduced mobility or other challenges affecting their wellbeing.  

Please complete the form with as much information as possible. This will help us understand the individual's circumstances and ensure we can provide the most appropriate support.  

Referrals can be made by professionals, family members, friends, neighbours or by individuals referring themselves.  

Once we receive the referral, a member of our team will review the information and contact the individual (or referrer, where appropriate) to discuss the next steps.
